Authorization to Discontinue Class Action Proceedings Against Theratechnologies Granted
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/15/15 -- Theratechnologies Inc. (TSX: TH) today announced that the Superior Court of Quebec has authorized 121851 Canada Inc. to discontinue all class action proceedings filed pursuant to the Securities Act (Quebec) and the Civil Code of Quebec against the Company, a director and a former president and chief executive officer.
The authorization to discontinue the proceedings against the Company, a director and a former president and chief executive officer results from the April 17, 2015 decision of the Supreme Court of Canada.
The discontinuation of the proceedings by 121851 Canada Inc. in relation to this litigation will become effective on May 19, 2015.
