(the "Fund") (NYSE: IRL) announced that the Fund's annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 9 a.m. at the Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on Monday, April 13, 2015 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Meeting, or at any adjournments thereof.
