International Trade Commission Institutes Investigation Into ObjectVideo(R) Complaint Against Bosch, Samsung and Sony

(firmenpresse) - WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/29/11 -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has voted to institute an investigation of certain video analytics software, systems, components thereof and products containing same. The vote to proceed is based on ObjectVideo's complaint that products from Bosch, Samsung and Sony contain software features and functions which infringe certain ObjectVideo patents. Therefore, ObjectVideo has requested that the USITC issue an exclusion order and a cease and desist order.
