(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/21/15 -- MicroCoal Technologies Inc. has completed the previously announced Plan of Arrangement to facilitate the reorganization of its business. Pursuant to the Arrangement, among other things, substantially all of the Company's business and operations associated with its MicroCoal Technology have transferred to Targeted Microwave Solutions Inc. ("TMS"), previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in exchange for common shares of TMS (the "TMS Shares"). Under the Arrangement, MTI Shareholders will receive one TMS Share for each common share of MTI held by them immediately prior to the effective time of the Arrangement.
