(firmenpresse) - ROUYN-NORANDA, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/22/15 -- OREX EXPLORATION INC. (TSX VENTURE: OX) (the "Company" or "Orex") - The Company announces that Mr. Mark Billings has resigned as a director and Interim President and CEO of the Company.
Commenting on this development, Jacques Levesque, CFO said: "Mark Billings has resigned in order to focus his attentions as chief Executive Officer of Canamex Resources Corp. and on other business interests. We would like to thank him for his past input to the Goldboro project in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia and wish him well in the future with his other interests".
Marcel Faucher, Director, was named Interim President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Orex.
