(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/26/15 -- As required by the shareholders meetings and proxy solicitation rules in the TSX Company Manual, Wilmington Capital Management Inc. (TSX: WCM.A)(TSX: WCM.B) ("Wilmington" or the "Corporation") announced today that at the company's annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 13, 2015 all five nominees proposed for election to the board of directors by holders of the Corporation's Class A and B shares were elected. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below.
Management received the following proxies from holders of the Corporation's Class A and B shareholders in regard to the election of the five directors nominated for election:
