Wishbone Gold plc ("Wishbone" or "the Company"): Cessation of ADR Option
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 05/27/15 -- Wishbone Gold plc (AIM: WSBN), the AIM listed exploration and acquisition company focused on identifying and developing precious metal assets, today announces that their ADR program has ended.
The ADR program was terminated on 24th April 2015 by Deutsche Bank AG ("Deutsche Bank"). Deutsche Bank New York sent out a notice on March 25, 2015. The Deposit Agreement states that Deutsche Bank cannot sell the ADRs for a period of six months following termination of the ADR program, being on or around 24th September 2015.
This does not prevent ADR shareholders from cancelling their ADRs and receiving the underlying ordinary shares. Once underlying ordinary shares are received they can be sold on the London Stock Exchange. The ADR program ended because Deutsche Bank has decided they will no longer run programs for small-cap ADRs.
