MDN Announces the Annual Shareholders' Meeting Results
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/27/15 -- MDN Inc. (TSX: MDN) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of its annual shareholders' meeting held on May 27, 2015.
Directors elected
The following persons have been appointed as directors of MDN until the next annual shareholders' meeting or until their successors are elected or appointed. The people proposed by the management were elected by majority by a show of hands.
Appointment of KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of MDN.
KPMG LLP were appointed as auditors of MDN for the current year and the directors were authorized to fix their remuneration by a show of hands.
