Nordex Explosives Ltd. Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/27/15 -- NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. ("Nordex" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: NXX) is pleased to announce the appointment, effective as of today's date, of Sean Conroy to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Thomas Gannon, the former Chief Financial Officer, has submitted his resignation in order to devote additional time to his busy accounting practice. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Gannon for his years of service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Mr. Conroy has held the position of Vice President of Finance since February, 2015 and previously held the position of Controller. The appointment of Mr. Conroy to the position of CFO is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
