NAPEC Inc. Announces the Appointment of Sebastien Delorme as General Manager of Thirau Ltee and J.J.L. Deboisement Inc.

("NAPEC" or the "Corporation") (TSX: NPC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sebastien Delorme as General Manager of its Quebec-based subsidiaries, Thirau Ltee and J.J.L Deboisement Inc., replacing Mr. Bruno Testaert. He will take office on June 1st, 2015.
Mr. Delorme has more than fifteen years of experience in the energy sector. Recently, he has occupied the position of Operation Director for HMI Construction Inc., a provider of services and products to public and private companies in the energy, heavy industry and environment sectors. Sebastien Delorme holds an MBA degree from the Universite de Sherbrooke, as well a Bachelor of Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
