Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") was notified today, 13 August 2010, of the
following changes in the interests of directors in the securities of the
Company:
* On 4 August 2010, Brian Souter, a director of the Company, received 51,260
ordinary shares of 56/57(th) pence each in the Company from an inheritance.
* On 4 August 2010, Ann Gloag, a director of the Company, received 51,261
ordinary shares of 56/57(th) pence each in the Company from an inheritance.
* On 12 August 2010, David McCleary, Ann Gloag's husband, purchased 15,000
ordinary shares of 56/57(th) pence each in the Company at a price of
£1.610855. The total consideration paid was therefore £24,162.83.
Following these changes, Brian Souter's and Ann Gloag's interests in the
securities of the Company are as follows:
