The Arbitral Tribunal's decision regarding the redemption price for the minority
shares of Larox Corporation
The Arbitral Tribunal appointed by the Redemption Committee of the Central
Chamber of Commerce of Finland has today in its award confirmed the redemption
price for the shares in Larox Corporation (currently Outotec (Filters) Oy) at
EUR 10.00 per share. 143,798 shares are subject to redemption and the redemption
price for the remaining shares is thus approximately EUR 1.4 million.
The redemption price, together with the interest payable thereon, will be paid
to the minority shareholders no later than within one month from the effective
date of the arbitral award.
