(NEX: HEG.H) ("Homeland" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Murtaza Dean resigned from the Company as Chief Financial Officer on May 1, 2015. The Company would like to thank Mr. Dean for his contributions. Mr. Gupta, Chief Executive Officer is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nilgun Uzunhasanoglu as interim Chief Financial Officer also effective May 1, 2015.
