JLL Income Property Trust Closes $75 Million Credit Facility With Bank of America
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 06/09/15 -- JLL Income Property Trust, an institutionally-managed, non-listed, daily valued perpetual life REIT (NASDAQ: ZIPTAX) (NASDAQ: ZIPTMX) (NASDAQ: ZIPIAX) (NASDAQ: ZIPIMX), today announced it closed a revolving line of credit with an accordion feature that allows the facility to increase from $40 million up to $75 million. The credit facility has a two year term with a one year extension option and bears interest based on LIBOR plus a spread ranging from 1.35% to 2.10%. Bank of America, N.A. is lender and administrative agent for the facility and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated served as lead arranger.
