On June 9 SpareBank 1 SMN purchased 20 657 Equity Capital Certificates at a
price of NOK 68,3105.  These ECC's are the same day transferred to employees in
the banks subsidiaries as bonus.

After these transactions the bank owns 6,431 ECC's.
