("Harvest" or "the Company") announced today that it has received a Statement of Claim filed in the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench by PIDE Solutions Group Inc. ("PIDE") seeking damages from termination of a software licensing agreement.
In the view of Harvest's management, the allegations made in the Statement of Claim are without merit and the action will be vigorously defended.
