Aptean Acquires Vision(R) to Provide Cloud-Based Inventory Management Solutions

ATLANTA, June 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aptean announced today the
acquisition of the Vision® software solutions business from affiliates of Cinram
Group Inc. Vision software solutions provide cloud-based Supply Chain Inventory
Management and Business Intelligence solutions for Fortune 100 clients in home
entertainment, electronics, and publishing. Vision solutions capture and manage
inventory data for more than 100 retailers and 47,000 stores in 18 countries.
The solutions provide inventory visibility and demand planning to manufacturers
and retailers, enabling them to respond quickly and bridge the gap between
retail supply and demand to increase profitability.
