In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company wishes to announce that it has been notified by Stephen Le Page, a director of the Company, that Apax Global Alpha Limited, of which he is a director and audit committee chairman was admitted to trading on the Premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc on 15 June 2015.

Volta Finance Limited is incorporated in Guernsey under The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) and listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Its investment objectives are to preserve capital and to provide a stable stream of income to its shareholders through dividends. For this purpose, it pursues a multi-asset investment strategy targeting various underlying assets.
