(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/15/15 -- 9187669 Canada Inc., a company indirectly owned by Mr. Harry Hart and members of his immediate family, reminds shareholders of Hartco Inc. (TSX: HCI) that the deadline to tender their shares is Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. (eastern time) for its offer for all of the common shares of Hartco, other than shares held directly or indirectly by Mr. Hart and by members of his immediate family.
As a result of the offer, Mr. Hart and members of his immediate family now own, directly or indirectly, or exercise control or direction over, an aggregate of 13,176,822 Hartco shares, representing 95.85% of Hartco's 13,747,104 issued and outstanding shares, and 89.39% of Hartco's 5,376,144 "minority" shares.
How to Accept the Offer:
To accept the offer of $3.40 cash per share, Hartco shareholders should contact their investment dealer, stockbroker or other nominee and instruct the broker or other nominee to promptly tender their Hartco shares.
9187669 Canada Inc. has extended the offer until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18 to enable existing Hartco shareholders who have not yet tendered their shares an opportunity to do so.
