In the series premiere of Complications, Dr. John Ellison, still recovering from his daughter's death, intervenes in a shooting. When he learns the boy he saved remains a target, Ellison becomes an unlikely vigilante hero, drawn into a gang war where he must often do the wrong thing for the right reasons. Complications, a new series by Matt Nix -- creator of Burn Notice -- stars Jason O'Mara as Dr. John Ellison, Jessica Szohr as nurse Gretchen, Beth Riesgraf as John's wife Samantha, Lauren Stamile as Ellison's coworker Dr. Bridget O'Neil.

Twelve years after ending its successful run on Comedy Central, the tournament-style American competition reality series returns to television with six new episodes.
