GFK Resources Annouces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders and Provides Corporate Update

Immediately following the annual and special meeting of shareholders, the directors appointed the following officers:
The Company also wishes to announce the granting of 300,000 stock options to an officer. Each option entitles its holder to purchase one share of the Company for $0.20 for a period of 5 years expiring June 10, 2020. The options are granted in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and the terms and conditions of the Company's Stock Option Plan.
The 2015 exploration program on the Casa-Cameron project commenced during the last quarter. A 28 kilometer line of ground Induced Polarization (IP) survey and 20 kilometer line of magnetic survey on selected targets on Casagosic and Vezza North has now been completed. The initial results of the Casagosic and Vezza North surveys are pending. Additional 26 kilometer line of ground IP survey has been planned on Bell-Vezza (11 km) and Sinclair-Bruneau (15km) properties. New surveys should be completed by the end of June. All the results should be released together later this summer.
