Partners Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
(firmenpresse) - BARRIE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/15 -- Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT," or "Partners") (TSX: PAR.UN) is pleased to announce the results of voting conducted on June 17, 2015, at the REIT's Annual General Meeting of Unitholders. All matters passed, including the election of all proposed Trustees.
"We are very satisfied with the results of voting at today's Annual General Meeting," stated Jane Domenico, the REIT's acting CEO. "Partners has undergone a transformation over the past year, and there is no better evidence of the progress the REIT has made than the quality of our new Trustees and the commensurate improvement of our corporate governance.
