A.B.O.S.: Application examples of the IT-based analysis for biological data

(PresseBox) - The new analysis technique A.B.O.S. allows a quick recording, classification and evaluation of biological properties or processes in complex databases.
For the first time, application examples were introduced in public?at the Annual meeting of the Swiss Society for Microbiology 2015. At the poster presentation, the analysis of E. coli strains and discrimination of dermatophytes were explained, see attachment.
