Statkraft AS: Issuance of new bonds

With reference to Statkraft AS (A-/Baa1) announcement made earlier today, the
company has issued NOK 1,150 million split between the following tranches:
* NOK 700 million with a 5 year tenor and a floating rate coupon equal to 3
months NIBOR +0,60% p.a.
* NOK 450 million with a 10 year tenor and a fixed coupon of 3.12% p.a.
The bonds will be issued under Statkraft's EMTN programme and an application
will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and SEB acted as joint lead arrangers.
