TerraX agrees to Non-brokered Private Placement for $52,200
Yellowknife, Northwest Territories - TerraX Minerals Inc. - http://bit.ly/1GxtI1c - (TSX.V: TXR; OTC Pink: TRXXF; Frankfurt: TX0) June 23, 2015 has agreed to a non-brokered private placement of 145,000 non-flow-through units at $0.36 per unit with an individual investor for gross proceeds $52,200. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each full warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.55 per share for a three year period from closing. There will be no finders fees payable on this placement, which is expected to close this week along with the third and final tranche of the flow-through private placement announced May 19, 2015. The proceeds of this private placement will be applied to working capital.
About the Yellowknife City Gold Project
The Yellowknife City Gold Project encompasses approximately 99.3 sq km of contiguous land immediately north of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. Through a series of acquisitions, TerraX now controls one of the six major high-grade gold camps in Canada - and the least explored.
