DG to Update on MediaMind Integration, Company's Second Quarter Results
(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 08/01/11 -- DG (NASDAQ: DGIT) announced today that it will report its second quarter 2011 financial results on Monday, August 8, 2011. The Company will host a conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. ET that morning to review the results.
Scott Ginsburg, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Neil Nguyen, President & Chief Operating Officer, Omar Choucair, Chief Financial Officer, and Gal Trifon, Chief Digital Officer (formerly CEO & President of MediaMind), will host the conference call to discuss DG's second quarter financial results as well as update on the recent acquisition of MediaMind, which closed on July 26, 2011, and MediaMind's second quarter results.
