Lithium Americas Announces Director Voting Results

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/25/15 -- Lithium Americas Corp. (TSX: LAC) (the "Company") announces that at today's annual meeting of shareholders each of the nine nominees named in the Management Information Circular dated May 21, 2015 (the "Circular"), being Gary Cohn, Gerry Feldman, W. Thomas Hodgson, John Kanellitsas, Constantine Karayannopoulos, Myron Manternach, Sergio Marchi, Franco Mignacco and George Pirie, were elected as returning directors of the Company by over 99% of the votes cast for and less than 1% of the votes withheld for each director individually.
