FrontFour Capital Corp. and Its Affiliate Acquire Common Shares of Rock Energy Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/30/15 -- FrontFour Capital Corp. ("FrontFour Capital") announced today that it, and its affiliate, FrontFour Capital Group LLC ("FrontFour LLC" and, together with FrontFour Capital, the "FrontFour Group"), acquired an aggregate of 65,000 common shares (the "Shares") of Rock Energy Inc. (the "Issuer"), at a price of CDN$3.4315 per Share on June 29, 2015, on behalf of certain investment funds and managed accounts that they manage (the "Funds and Accounts").
Before these transactions, the FrontFour Group exercised direction or control of 7,533,300 Shares, through the ownership of Shares by the Funds and Accounts. As a result of these transactions, the FrontFour Group now exercises direction or control of an aggregate of 7,598,300 Shares, or approximately 16.11% of the Issuer's issued and outstanding Shares based upon the most recently available public information regarding the total issued and outstanding Shares of the Issuer.
The Shares of the Issuer are listed on the TSX and trade under the trading symbol "RE". The FrontFour Group acquired the Shares on behalf of the Funds and Accounts for investment purposes as they believe the Shares are materially undervalued. Depending on market conditions, the FrontFour Group may in the future increase or decrease these investments in the Issuer.
