Walter Energy's Board Announces Quarterly Dividend

(firmenpresse) - BIRMINGHAM, AL -- (Marketwire) -- 08/01/11 -- (NYSE: WLT) (TSX: WLT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per common share, payable on Sept. 16, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 12, 2011.
