As part of the release, MemSQL Ops now offers users the unique ability to run a 30-second performance benchmark test on MemSQL deployments. The new database speed test creates a lightweight database table, inserts records as quickly as possible and performs basic analysis on the changing dataset in real-time.

With one click, users seamlessly upgrade to high availability. After the upgrade operation completes, all data in a database cluster will have a replica in another MemSQL node.

Users are able to access MemSQL Ops through an HTTPS:// URL by adding SSL certificates in MemSQL Ops.
Users can now create database backups, restore databases from existing backups, and change database root passwords through new scriptable commands.
