The acquisition of SignAids and Wity was completed with the issuance of 80,353,200 restricted common shares of VIPR's common stock to Whitefriargate Investments and their shareholders. Pursuant to the development and acquisition of the SignAids and Wity businesses and technology from Whitefriargate Investments as well as the current negative market conditions in the mining and commodities based industries, VIPR Industries has made the decision to divest itself of its mining assets and focus entirely on its SignAids and Wity businesses. The company is currently in talks to sell its mining interests for cash or shares from suitable interested parties. The company's new CEO, acting CFO and Director is Mr. Robert Brooker who is also the inventor and founder of the technologies and businesses.
