Hunt Mortgage Group Hires Adam Luwisch in Proprietary Loan Group
Joins the Hunt Team in New York City
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 07/02/15 -- Hunt Mortgage Group, a commercial real estate lender, announced today that Adam Luwisch has joined the firm as an Associate in the Proprietary Loan Group, the firm's new balance sheet lending platform launched earlier this year. In this role, he will underwrite loans for clients nationwide. Luwisch will be based in the firm's New York office and will report to Daniel Wolins, Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer for proprietary lending.
Luwisch comes to Hunt Mortgage Group from Barclays Bank, PLC where he was an Assistant Vice President and managed the loan due diligence process resulting in the successful securitization of over 50 CMBS loans totaling more than $500 million.
"The proprietary loan platform was created to extend our balance sheet lending capability to finance commercial properties in a variety of asset classes, including: manufactured housing, office, retail, industrial, self-storage facilities and multifamily housing," noted Wolins. "Adam is a successful underwriter with a solid base of lending and finance expertise. We are happy to add someone with his knowledge and skills to the proprietary loan group."
Earlier in his career Luwisch was an Analyst at Spring 11, LLC, a Partner at Lander Market, LLC, and a Real Estate Broker at Living Real Estate Group, LLC. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at George Washington University and attended The American University of Rome in Rome, Italy. Luwisch holds both New York State and New Jersey State Real Estate Licenses.
