At an extraordinary general meeting of BioPhausia AB (publ) today, the following
resolutions have been made:

Today's extraordinary general meeting approved the sale of all shares of the
Dutch subsidiary AllGen Pharmaceuticals and Generics B.V to Ostwald Beheer B.V.
The transaction requires approval of the general meeting according to Chapter
16 of the Companies Act, since Ostwald Beheer B.V is owned by Mr Eric Jan
Ostwald, who is the managing director of AllGen Pharmaceuticals and Generics
B.V. The decision of the general meeting was unanimous.
