DSM - repurchase of shares (3 July - 9 July 2015)

Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, has
repurchased 190,870 of its own shares in the period from 3 July 2015 up to and
including 9 July 2015 at an average price of ?51.34. This is in accordance with
the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 14 May 2015. The
consideration of this repurchase was ?9.8 million.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 1,837,010
shares for a total consideration of ?97.7 million.
