The Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) Platform Will Enable
Further Improvement of Electrolux's Internal Control Program

Compliance (eGRC), announced today that it has been selected by Electrolux, a
global leader in home and professional appliances with headquarters in
Stockholm. Electrolux will begin using the integrated GRC platform by initially
implementing the software solution for internal control to further improve its
internal control program and standards.
