Envision Management Seeking New Talent for National Expansion
(firmenpresse) - RAPID CITY, SD -- (Marketwired) -- 07/16/15 -- Envision Management continues to surpass its competition as they officially have expanded and taken over the Sioux Falls territory in South Dakota. Envision Management's promoting manager, Scott Fischer, has not only opened a direct extension of his company in Sioux Falls, but now has his goals set to open a third location by December 2015.
The rapidly growing company plans to continue building on the relationships within its current client base, which includes leaders in Satellite Television, Home Services and Consumer Electronics, while gearing up for brand new test campaigns in the energy and technological industries. Scott and his team have done such an impressive job with their current campaigns that they are receiving high praise from their Fortune 500 to 100 clients, and are being given the opportunity to expand throughout South Dakota, as well as into more of the Midwest region.
After recently opening its doors in early August, Envision Management has already grown by 100%. With the rise in today's economy, Envision has had a huge impact in helping to provide employment in the Rapid City market by quickly growing from two retail locations to the six, and looks to add 2-3 more campaigns within the territory. Not only will expansion in South Dakota ensue, but the Envision Management team forecasts to expand into many new markets by the end of 2016, including Spearfish, North Dakota, Nebraska and Wyoming. This means Scott will need more account representatives, account managers and market managers. In order to fulfill local expansion plans, Scott and his hiring team will continue their search for candidates who are committed and possess a goal-oriented mentality.
Experience is not necessary as new team members will benefit from an in-depth career advancement program, much like the one that Envision Management's President had previously completed.
