On July 14th SinglePoint announced that it had finalized a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire the assets and technology of Mobile Bidding Technologies, Inc. (MBT), and its primary asset industry leading mobile bidding solution, Text2Bid for $1.25 million in cash and securities of SinglePoint. Contingent upon a number of factors, if closed this acquisition is significant and would enable SinglePoint to start processing collected Text2Bid payments through SING's proprietary mobile payment technology. MBT generated net revenues of $275,000 in 2014.
