Global Gaming Announces Name and Symbol Change to Innovativ Media Group, Inc. (INMG)
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/23/15 -- Global Gaming Network, Inc. (OTC PINK: GBGM) ("Company") today announces that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") has approved its name and symbol change and that effective on the opening of business on Monday, July 27, 2015 the Company will be named Innovativ Media Group, Inc. ("Innovativ") and will trade under the symbol OTCPK:INMG going forward. This information will also be announced on FINRA's Daily List on July 24, 2015.
The Company has also been assigned new CUSIP number 45781H102.
Innovativ Media Group (Innovativ) is a developer, producer and distributor of digital entertainment and other multi-media content. It has acquired many of the assets of Lux Digital Pictures including a library of feature motion pictures and, via New Broadway Cinema, produces adaptations of stage shows utilizing its trademarked DigiTheater™ green screen process. Innovativ also operates The Alien Channel on YouTube, in partnership with FullScreen, Inc., is developing the new web series Just Smart People, the customized movie title search destination VOD Movie Guide and is a principal in the Film Finance Exchange.
