Minsud Announces Director Resignation and New Director Appointment

(TSX VENTURE: MSR) ("Minsud" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Eduardo Mendl has resigned as Director of the Company, effective July 21, 2015. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Hugo Dragonetti (Jr) as a new independent Director subject to the approval of TSX Venture Exchange.
Alberto Orcoyen on behalf of the Board of Directors wishes to thank Eduardo for his highly professional and valuable services, overseeing the Minsud business affairs even through difficult times. At the same time he welcomes Mr. Hugo Dragonetti (Jr) as a Director of the Company.
Hugo Dragonetti (Jr) (36) is a lawyer graduated at the Universidad Catolica Argentina, in 2002. He has also obtained a postgraduate degree in Direction and Management of Construction Enterprises organized by the IAE (Management and Business School at the Universidad Austral). Since 2002 he is Director of Panedile Argentina S.A.I.C.F.e I. integrating the different Executive Committees at the UTE (JVA) where Panedile is member or party. Panedile is a company with over sixty years of experience in the construction and management of large civil works and infrastructure doing business in the hydraulic, road building complexes, mining and sanitation sectors. He is also Vice President of Desarrollos Mineros Argentinos S.A.
