Edgewater Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/02/11 -- Subject to regulatory approval, Edgewater Exploration Ltd. ("Edgewater" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: EDW)(OTCQX: EDWZF) has granted 2,025,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options are at an exercise price of $0.85 per share and valid for a period of five years from the date of grant.
