(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/15 -- Dundee Energy Limited (TSX: DEN) ("Dundee Energy" or the "Company") announces that Mark Goodman has resigned as a director of the Company. The board of directors of Dundee Energy would like to thank Mr. Goodman for his contribution to the Company. Mr. Goodman has been replaced on the Company's board of directors by Mr. Bruce Sherley, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Energy.
