Quick Facts

"Canada's first Metis National Heritage Centre will give Canadians the opportunity to learn about the important role the Metis people played in shaping our country. On the road to the 150th anniversary of Confederation, in 2017, let us celebrate everything that makes Canada strong, proud and free". As a proud Metis woman, I am thrilled to support the MMF in their quest to educate Canadians about our heritage".
