Frank H. D'Alto Joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank
(firmenpresse) - BEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 08/03/15 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) and Peapack-Gladstone Bank announce the appointment of Frank H. D'Alto to the position of Senior Managing Director, Commercial Banking. Mr. D'Alto will be responsible for further growth of the commercial middle-market lending business with a focus on providing exceptional client service and the bank's unique private banking experience.
Mr. D'Alto brings to the bank 30 years of financial services experience focused on new business development, business line group management and credit risk management. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager at Citibank responsible for development of the middle market and asset based loan business within the New Jersey market where he was awarded the 2014 "Citi Star's Award" in recognition as a top producer in Citibank's U.S. Commercial Bank. Prior to that, as Vice President, New Business Development at TD bank and Senior Vice President, New Business Development at TriState Capital Bank, Mr. D'Alto played a key role in the growth of new commercial loans within the market while identifying cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, over the years Frank has held key positions and had great success building business at Sovereign Bank, Fleet Capital/Bank of America and PNC Business Credit.
A resident of Berkeley Heights, NJ, Mr. D'Alto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John's University. He is a former member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ), Commercial Finance Association (CFA), Association For Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Morris County and North New Jersey Chambers of Commerce.
