(firmenpresse) - VIRGINIA BEACH, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/05/15 -- Global Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: GBHD) announces that on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at 9:30AM ET, the Corporation will and its new stock symbol ELGL.OTC-PINK.
Please be patient if this FINRA "Corporate Action" is not updated immediately on certain web quote mediums. Some stock quote websites can take a few days to update their servers to recognize the symbol, ELGL.
Management would like to remind shareholders who own their shares in brokerage accounts that this change will be automatic. Certified shareholders, those who have possession of Global Holdings, Inc. (GBHD) certificates can hold those certificates in the old name and upon conversions the new name certificates will be changed at that time. There is immediate action on "Certified" shareholders to send in old named certificates for new.
