Xmet Announces Results of Its Annual Shareholders Meeting

All directors were re-elected, the appointment of auditors was approved, the company's stock option plan was approved for the ensuing year and Xmet's Board of Directors proposal for a share consolidation should the need arise in connection with a possible future financing or acquisition was also approved as described in the Information Circular.
