Imtech: Further update on discussion with financiers and current situation

financing of Royal Imtech
* Imtech Germany and Royal Imtech are considering all options
Further to its press releases of 28 July, 4 and 5 August last, Royal Imtech N.V.
('Royal Imtech') provides a further update on the discussion with its financiers
and the current situation.
As announced previously, discussions on long term structural solutions and an
amendment to the financing arrangements, including an increase in liquidity
headroom for the group and its subsidiaries have not led to an agreement.
Further discussions with the financiers were held over the last day. Also these
discussions have not (yet) resulted in any agreement of additional financing for
Royal Imtech or any of its subsidiaries.
Royal Imtech and Imtech Germany are evaluating the current situation and its
consequences and are considering all options.
Royal Imtech will update the market as soon as possible more specifically on the
consequences of these developments.
