D-BOX Technologies Announces the Election of Its Directors

(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/12/15 -- D-BOX Technologies inc. (TSX: DBO) ("DBO" or the "Corporation"), a leader in innovative motion technology, held its annual and special meeting of shareholders this day.

The Corporation wishes to take this opportunity to thank former Chairman and Director Louis Brunel. His business acumen and vast experience have greatly contributed to the growth and success of D-BOX over the years.

All of the proposed nominees for the Board of Directors in the proxy circular dated July 3, 2015, were elected at the Corporation's annual and special meeting of the shareholders held this August 12 in Montreal.
