Zurich, August 17, 2015. - The Board of Directors of Conzzeta AG has appointed
Michael Willome as the new CEO of Conzzeta AG. Previous acting CEO Ernst
Bärtschi will once more devote himself exclusively to his responsibilities as
Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Michael Willome (49, Swiss citizen) has served in various leading positions at
Clariant AG, an internationally active Swiss specialty chemicals company, since
1997. In 2010, he took over responsibility for Clariant's worldwide activities
in Industrial & Consumer Specialties (ICS), a business unit which today
generates sales of CHF 1.5 billion and has around 2300 employees. Prior to that,
he had a variety of leading roles in Hong Kong, Canada and Turkey. Michael
Willome graduated in economics from the University of St Gallen.
After a thorough evaluation of the various candidates, the Board of Conzzeta AG
decided to appoint Michael Willome. His track record, management expertise in a
global context and exceptional ability to handle highly diverse and complex
operations were decisive factors in his favor. According to Chairman of the
Board Ernst Bärtschi: "We are delighted to have found, in Michael Willome, the

Michael Willome will take up his new position as Conzzeta CEO on January
1, 2016.
