BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA (August 17, 2015) - Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. (Naturally Splendid or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NSP) (OTCQB: NSPDF) (FRANKFURT: 50N) is pleased to provide the following update.

The Company recently attended the Superzoo tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada. Superzoo is one of North Americas premier pet product tradeshows with over 15,000 attendees. The Company presented the 100% owned Pawsitive FX line of all natural canine topicals. Naturally Splendid Brand Manager, Andy Birchall reports, The response to the Pawsitive FX line was very positive. We were able to connect with a number of significant retailers and have begun the process of presenting the Pawsitive FX line to them. There have also been a number of white label inquiries in both the United States and Canada that we are pursuing.

Additionally, Naturally Splendid CEO Craig Goodwin reports, In addition to the numerous opportunities for the Pawsitive FX line at Superzoo, we were able to identify significant opportunities for our plant based bio-active ingredients including our feature offering HempOmega, for several multi-national pet food companies.

Mr. Goodwin adds, The opportunities for our entire line of plant based bio-active ingredients, most notably HempOmega, continues to expand through multiple categories. Our Advisory Board has been actively working to bring forth opportunities for these product offerings. In that regards, Advisory Board member Dave Eto has been tasked with providing his expertise and leadership in identifying existing opportunities for these ingredients to a wide range of industries. Mr. Eto has been involved in the food industry for the past 30 years having achieved a degree at the University of British Columbia in Agriculture, Food Science. In July 2012, Dave became the CEO of the BC Dairy Association (BCDA) responsible for marketing, nutrition education, producer relations as well as advocacy on behalf of 500 British Columbian Dairy farmers. The BCDA is BCs largest agriculture sector in GDP and revenue and is focused on collaborating with other agriculture sectors, including food processing.

Prior to taking the position at the BCDA, Dave worked for 19 years in the commercial bakery industry for national and international companies rising to Director of Operations and overseeing five manufacturing facilities in western North America.

Dave became General Manager of a Ready to Eat manufacturing company that marketed Bread Garden products through quick service kiosks and outlets such as Chevron Town Pantry, West Jet and BC Ferries. At Bread Garden, Dave and his team were responsible for reorganizing the Cafes and Commissary, taking the money-losing Commissary into profit within two years.

With the success of Bread Garden, Premium Brands acquired this asset where Dave completed one more year to facilitate the transition, then moved to Premium Brands head office as Director of Corporate Affairs having oversight for Human Resources, Food Safety & Regulatory, Government and Industry Relations and Corporate Sustainability.

Dave also serves on Advisory Boards and Committees for a variety of businesses. For the past eight years Dave served on the Board of the BC Food Processors Association, having completed a five-year term as chair in 2015 and continues as past chair. Additionally, Dave participates on the BC Ministry of Agricultures, Ministers Agri-foods Advisory Committee and the University of British Columbias Value Chain Innovation Working Group.

Mr Eto states, These are very promising times indeed. Naturally Splendid has acquired unique technologies and significant processing capacity that affords a multitude of opportunities. I am looking forward to working with the other Advisory Board Members and senior management developing these opportunities.
