On-Site Team Will Manage Tier-1 Operator's Mission Critical System

Evolving Systems' DSA is a carrier-grade real time SIM activation system that plays a critical role in enabling new subscribers onto the operator's network. Although the solution is highly reliable and proven in the most demanding markets around the world, like any advanced solution it requires regular administration and maintenance coupled with subject matter expertise to ensure optimal performance. As a result, and due to the business criticality of DSA, this operator decided to contract a full-time, on-site team from Evolving Systems to manage and operate their DSA system 24x7. This team will ensure that issues are proactively managed or avoided altogether ensuring maximum uptime and benefit to the business.
